Location – Milton Keynes, Hybrid

Salary – £90,000 depending on experience

Contract Type: Permanent – 37.5 hpw

At this pivotal time in our growth journey, we’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Head of Product to lead the evolution of our benefits platform and digital insurance offerings.

 

You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team across product, design, and delivery, working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Tech, and Compliance to shape exceptional user experiences and deliver outstanding commercial performance. This is a unique opportunity for a product-led digital leader to help shape and design our products for scale.

What you’ll be doing

Product Strategy & Performance

  • Use customer insight and market data to design compelling product value propositions.
  • Build business cases to influence internal and external stakeholders, including our Board.
  • Collaborate with the SLT to track commercial performance and profitability.
  • Identify growth, upsell and retention opportunities across the product suite.

 

Roadmap Ownership & Delivery

  • Own the end-to-end roadmap for our core digital platforms (including Hapi, HapiProtect, and customer-facing journeys).
  • Translate user needs into features that drive engagement and revenue.
  • Lead UX and service design efforts to improve accessibility, usability, and conversion.
  • Champion test-and-learn methodologies to continuously improve our platforms.
  • Prioritise initiatives based on ROI, impact, and strategic fit.

 

Commercial Insight & Performance

Own and monitor KPIs including digital revenue, engagement metrics, and NPS.

Identify opportunities to drive channel shift and digital self-serve adoption.

Work closely with Marketing to activate journeys and support campaigns.

 

 

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience owning digital product roadmaps, ideally in B2B2C or consumer platforms.
  • Solid background in UX, CRO, agile delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience leading cross-functional squads and managing performance.
  • Demonstrable impact on digital engagement, growth, and customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Hotjar, GA4, CMS platforms, and A/B testing suites.
  • Strategic digital product leadership with strong team management skills.
  • Curious and creative problem-solver with a growth mindset.
  • Agile or Product Owner certification is a plus.
